Fun with Worms

We are hanging out at my parents' place in the woods. There's a lot
to do here, but it's mostly the simple sorts of things....


Playing out in the woods...what to do, what to do?


"I know...Let's dig for stuff!"


"Whoa...wait...I found something!"


"Wait for it...wait for it..." (and notice the adorable pigtails
while you wait....)


"Worms!" "Let's save them! This coffee can can be their home!
We'll name them 'Princess' and 'Sparkles' and 'Butterfly!'"
"Let's give them a bath!"



They dug worms for over an hour...they were right under the
leaves, so it was easy hunting. Good old-fashioned fun, I guess.
Can't say that I did that all the time growing up...but...well...
to each their own.
